The Community Tax Law Report

The Community Tax Law Report, a national semiannual newsletter covering matters of tax practice and policy affecting low income taxpayers, is no longer in publication. The last issue, Vol. 8, No. 1, focused on tax issues for special needs populations and was published in November, 2005. The Report targeted an audience of tax professionals who are unfamiliar with low income taxpayer issues, general practitioners who volunteer with low income individuals, but who are inexperienced in tax law, and community service workers who serve low income populations and need to make informed referrals to legal service providers.

Back issues of The Report are available for $10.00 each. Below is a list of back issues and topics covered. Please print out the order form to order by mail.
